Year 9 Form Tutor/Teacher (Specialist School for Children with Autism)

Start Date: January 2025/ASAP

Location: Hillingdon, West London. (10 minute bus journey or a short walk from either West Drayton or Uxbridge Station)

Salary: £900 to £975 per week. (PAYE) paid weekly.

Hours: 8:45am to 3:15pm (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) 8:45am to 4pm (Tuesday and Thursdays)

Are you an experienced teacher seeking a new challenge in January 2025? We are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Year 9 Form Tutor/Teacher to join a wonderful secondary school for children with Autism.

Key Details:

• Position: Year 9 Form Tutor/Teacher
• Subjects: Maths, English, WOW, PSHCE, and PE
• Class Size: Maximum of 9 pupils, all working at Primary KS1 level
• Hours:
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:45am – 3:15pm
  • Tuesday, Thursday: 8:45am – 4:00pm

About the Role:
This is a full-time position within a supportive and nurturing environment, where you’ll work with children with Autism in a calm and structured setting. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on providing the best educational experience for every pupil.

Location:
The school is located in Hillingdon, with easy access from both West Drayton and Uxbridge Stations, making it convenient for those commuting by public transport.
