Shift PatternEarly Shift: 6:00 am – 4:00 pmLate Shift: 12:00 pm – 10:00 pm
  • No consecutive early/late shifts
  • 177 working days per year
  • Average of 25 weekends worked per year
  • Employees will rotate between both shifts on a continental shift basis
CNC Machinist Role Working within a busy CNC department, you will be responsible for:
  • Setting and operating multi-axis CNC machines (Bridgeport, Hurco, Protrack)
  • Editing programs at the machine
  • Basic machine/tool maintenance
  • Producing low-batch, high-precision components
  • Self-inspecting machined parts
  • Deburring components
What We’re Looking For
  • Several years of CNC machining experience
  • Ability to confidently set and operate CNC mills and lathes
  • Strong self-inspection skills
  • Mechanical apprenticeship is ideal
  • Experience with 5S, Continuous Improvement, Kanban, or CMM inspection is a bonus
