An exciting role has become available within a lovely business based in the heart of Uxbridge. The ideal candidate will have superior communication skills, as well as be highly organised, and able to work in a very fast paced environment. Strong administrative skills are also a must as well as the ability to start a new role asap!!
Role responsibilities:
• To ensure the efficient scheduling of personnel
• Coordination of internal team to ensure each department is adequately staffed
• Liaising with contractors including booking them onto projects as necessary
• Maintaining contractors compliance
• Providing regular reports
Candidate requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years within a senior admin/coordination role
• Strong Excel skills
• Very strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Able to work in an extremely fast paced role
• Ideal working backgrounds include shift coordinator, scheduler, temps desk controller, wedding coordinator, health care recruitment consultant
