Biology Lecturer

We are seeking a dedicated Biology Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching at both A Level and GCSE. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in Biology and a passion for education.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Prepare and deliver lessons in A Level and GCSE Biology, ensuring they are engaging and informative.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their potential.
- Develop and update curriculum materials in line with current educational standards and practices.
- Participate in departmental meetings, contributing to the development and improvement of the Biology programme.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A degree in Biology or a closely related field.
- A teaching qualification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience teaching Biology at A Level and/or GCSE.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
