Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver lessons across a range of courses within Foundation Studies, with a focus on Access to FE programmes.
- Support learners in developing their independence skills and preparing for employment or further education.
- Play an active role in the development and enhancement of the curriculum.
- A degree in a relevant subject area or a Level 3 qualification with substantial teaching experience in Foundation Studies.
- Experience teaching within the Foundation Learning area, including Functional Skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in supporting learners with additional needs.
- A Level 5 teaching qualification (or a willingness to obtain one with support from the College).
- Competitive salary between £32,455 and £45,260 per annum, including London Weighting.
