About the Role - Teaching Assistant - Hillingdon

Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities to ensure all students are engaged and supported.
Assist with planning and preparation of classroom materials and resources.
Provide one-to-one or small group support to children, aiding in their learning and development.
Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Work with children who have additional needs, ensuring they are fully included in class activities.
Monitor and track students' progress, sharing any concerns with the teacher.
