Job Title: HR Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Location: Uxbridge

Do you have experience of building cross-company relationships? Raising the profile of HR and working with your Team Managers to build business strategies and create trust. This Human Resources role requires this knowledge.

Our client is looking for an experienced HR candidate happy to work in a senior generalist role. You will be resolving complex ER issues, supporting line manager with investigation and ensuring all is documented. You will support the teams with HR policy guidance, workforce planning and any restructuring. You will monitor training programs, ensuring success and development.

You will be involved with analysing company trends, reporting and advising on any issues and offering solutions. You will act as a point of contact for UK and European offices, so international experience would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will have 5 years experience of working with complex ER issues, employee and union relations, employment law and performance management.
