Morgan Philips is seeking an experienced HR (Generalist) Business Partner to join a dynamic team. This role will provide expert HR guidance and drive initiatives that align with business objectives.

As the HR Business Partner, you will work closely with Line Managers to identify and implement people solutions that promote positive employee relations, compliance with employment law, and organizational success. Your proactive approach will be key in resolving workplace disputes and developing strategies for employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a true business partner, proactively identifying opportunities to deliver HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy.
  • Facilitate prompt resolution of issues raised by employees or line managers through mediation.
  • Advise managers on employment terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with employment law.
  • Support and coach line managers in performance management and change processes.
  • Conduct HR inductions for new starters and oversee pre-employment checks.
  • Lead talent and succession planning processes, contributing to the European Talent Programme.
  • Coordinate bi-annual feedback dialogue and personal development planning.
  • Facilitate interview and assessment center events to ensure high-quality recruitment.
  • Manage the end-to-end UK talent acquisition process, including oversight of preferred supplier agencies.
  • Participate in HR projects that align the workforce with our strategic goals and continuously improve HR policies.

Qualifications:

  • Degree level educated, ideally in a business or people-related discipline.
  • Fully CIPD Qualified (Level 7) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven significant HR generalist experience with a strong record in coaching and consulting senior stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in recruiting high-quality candidates.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, act with discretion, and develop trusting relationships.
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously or as part of a team, and committed to continuous professional development.
