Benefits

• Basic minimum starting salary: £28,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Entering customer orders into the CRM system with precision
• Communicating with customers and colleagues by phone and email to address queries
• Ensuring promised delivery dates to customers are honoured
• Managing the entire order process, including dispatch and delivery details
• Creating quotations for customers
• Coordinating daily distribution via the CRM systems
• Overseeing stock control and transfers
• Maintaining regular communication with the warehouse, adhering to global logistics guidelines and performing self-audits
• Conducting warehouse visits to identify areas for improvement
• Assisting in all stages of the goods flow from the parent company to the final customers

The ideal candidate for this role, someone who embodies the following qualities:

• While experience in a professional setting is beneficial, it is not mandatory
• Communicates effectively and confidently, both in writing and verbally
• Possesses a logical and accurate approach, with strong numerical skills
• Driven by targets with the capacity for self-assessment and innovation
• Works well within a team and collaborates effectively
• Able to achieve objectives independently
• Performs well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
• Skilled in multitasking while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

Requirements for this role:

• 2:1 Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• MUST have the Right to work in the UK - No sponsorships offered / PSW visas are not considered for this role
• MUST hold a full driving licence
• Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
