MS D365 Support Consultant

Location: Uxbridge - Hybrid WorkingJob Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced MS D365 Support Consultant to support our international client across Europe and Asia Pacific. You'll be responsible for resolving tickets related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), configuring systems, and providing training to optimise user efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ticket Resolution: Analyse and resolve user support tickets for D365 F&O across multiple regions.
  • System Setup & Config: Hands-on configuration and setup to improve system functionality.
  • User Training: Provide ongoing training and create documentation to enhance user understanding and reduce future issues.
  • Process Documentation: Document processes and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience supporting D365 F&O, particularly in order processing.
  • Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes.
  • Experience handling ERP support tickets.
  • Microsoft D365 F&O certification (desirable).
