IT Technician - Uxbridge

IT Technician required in a Secondary School in Uxbridge

At Engage Education Services, we’ve built up strong relationships with the fantastic school in Uxbridge and we are currently recruiting for a Science Technician to work on a full-time, permanent basis in a secondary school in Uxbridge.

This will be a full-time role, 5 days a week starting ASAP

Responsibilities and Duties:The primary responsibility of the role is to help maintain a high level of support for the company’s customers.You will be expected to undertake tasks such as, but not limited to:

• Responding to end-user requests.• Monitoring, diagnosis and fixing of various ICT System issues.• Doing day-to-day tasks for end users, fixing print issues, changing passwords etc.• Generating reports for customers.• Handling hardware support requests by arranging replacements or repairs for customers.• Help manage (open, close, update) Service Desk tickets as they are added and be able to prioritise issues and escalate where required.• Working effectively with 3rd line Engineers to help resolve customer issues.

About you:

  • Experience working in a school environment as a Science Technician

  • A relevant undergraduate degree
