A leading global manufacturer of products used across plumbing, heating and construction industries is currently seeking Injection Moulding Setters to join their team.
This role plays a key part within production, ensuring the orders are completed on time whilst maintaining high levels of quality.
As an Injection Moulding Setter, your duties will include:
- Setting and optimising injection moulding processes to achieve the best processing conditions.
- Fault finding and troubleshooting of development and production processes.
- Maintain departmental records and reports.
- Provide support to tool design function when required.
- Provide support to production when required.
- To identify and arrange for rectification of defective equipment.
To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Setter, the ideal candidate will:
- Have significant experience as a plastic injection moulding Setter or Technician.
- Possess the ability to change tools, set parameters on moulding machines, trouble shoot process issues and improve processes.
- Good experience of polymers.
