Your responsibilities: As a Paint Sprayer, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality finishes. Your role will include:

Preparing and cleaning surfaces before applying sprayed finishes, including gloss, matt, primer, and topcoats.
Operating hand spray guns and ovens for precise coatings.
Masking and unmasking components, inspecting for damage, and making touch-ups as needed.
Conducting inspections of finishes for thickness and gloss levels.
Maintaining spraying equipment and adhering to health and safety standards.
Participating in Lean initiatives such as 5S activities and Continuous Improvement programs.

What you bring: We’re looking for talented individuals with:

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
Expertise in paint spraying and familiarity with hand tools.
The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Flexibility to adapt to alternating shifts.
