Pleased to be exclusively representing a Privately owned, market leading services company in their search for a new Head of Legal  Reporting to the CFO, this is a newly created role in an existing in-house Legal team, reflecting the increasing importance of Legal in their growth story.  The successful candidate will work closely with the SLT, overseeing day to day operations of a small Legal function of 3. The business has operations in both the UK and Internationally, so you'll advise on a wide range of matters including:  Contracts - draft, review and negotiate a wide range of agreements including SLA, supplier contracts, IT, Data M&A - supporting external counsel on strategic acquisitions or disposals, drafting initial transaction  documentation including HoT's, NDAsMaintenance of Company Secretary requirementsAd-Hoc oversight of small Litigation matters  This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and energetic Head of Legal to lead a small function, with autonomy to drive the growth of the business compliantly. You'll have excellent access to the SLT, exposing yourself to high level strategic discussions around growth in new and existing markets  Applications are invited from UK qualified Commercial / Corporate Solicitors from 7PQE+. Previous experience from a non FS regulated environment would be beneficial, but not essential.
