A full service law firm, close to Uxbridge are offering a fantastic opportunity to a Private & Business Immigration Solicitor of 6-8 years + PQE to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
Our client is able to offer long term prospects with hybrid working of 2 days home based.
This role is view to being head of department along with prospects of partnership in the near future.
Experience to include but not limited to -
- Act as a main point of contact for a range of clients
- Skilled worker visas
- Visa extensions and renewals
- Indefinite leave to remain applications
- Naturalisation and citizenship matters
- Visas for dependents
- Visas for EU dependents
- Ancestry visas
- Renewal of current leave (extension and renewals)
- Actively participating in business development
- Provide support and learning to fellow team members in all queries regarding casework and best practice
Our client is looking for someone who has a proven track record in developing commercial solutions for clients, and the ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients.
