A well-established, mid-sized law firm in London is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join its thriving Property Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious paralegal to gain hands-on experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, working alongside experienced solicitors on a wide range of property transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting fee earners in handling residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
  • Preparing legal documents, contracts, and reports.
  • Assisting with property searches, Land Registry applications, and SDLT submissions.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors.
  • Managing case files and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Handling exchange of contracts and post-completion formalities.
  • Conducting legal research and drafting correspondence.
Ideal Candidate
  • A law degree and/or LPC qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a conveyancing role within a law firm.
  • Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial property transactions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and client care abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office.
