A well-established, mid-sized law firm in London is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join its thriving Property Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious paralegal to gain hands-on experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, working alongside experienced solicitors on a wide range of property transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting fee earners in handling residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Preparing legal documents, contracts, and reports.
- Assisting with property searches, Land Registry applications, and SDLT submissions.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors.
- Managing case files and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handling exchange of contracts and post-completion formalities.
- Conducting legal research and drafting correspondence.
- A law degree and/or LPC qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a conveyancing role within a law firm.
- Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial property transactions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and client care abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office.
