The Role:

Reed Legal are recruiting for an experienced legal assistant in to join our client who are a long-established law firm in West London. The key responsibility of the position is to provide support to the solicitor/head of the department to enable them to operate with efficiency.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing assistance to the solicitor
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents and other professionals
  • File set up and closures
  • Dealing with Land Registry, Mortgage Lenders and Search Providers
  • Preparing and issuing contract packs
  • Assisting with completions and post completion matters
  • Good computer skills and use of case management system
