Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the EMEA Legal and Marketing teams.
  • Drafting and negotiating a variety of marketing agreements like sponsorships, master service agreements, brand partnerships, IP licenses, and confidentiality agreements, among others.
  • Keeping form contracts and commercial agreements up to date.
  • Assisting with special projects as needed to help meet Monster’s business goals, as directed by the VP of Legal or senior management.
  • Working closely with other members of Monster’s friendly, non-hierarchical Legal team

About You:

  • Solid academic background, ideally with an LLB and LPC.
  • At least 12 months’ paralegal experience in a commercial setting (in-house or private practice).
  • Proven experience with Confident in drafting, reviewing, and managing documents contracts through full lifecycle
  • Works well with others and enjoys teamwork.
  • Proactive, passionate, and knows how to get things done.
  • Good commercial sense with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Great at staying organized and handling multiple tasks at once.

  • This is a 5-month contract at c. ÂŁ16p/h or ÂŁ35,000 pro-rata’d equivalent
