Location: Uxbridge, Middlesex

Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum

Monday to Friday

Hybrid after probation

Role Responsibilities:

As a Fleet Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Fleet Management: Ensuring vehicles undergo maintenance checks promptly and cost-effectively, working closely with depots, lease companies, and repair garages.

- Delivery and Defleet Coordination: Organising the delivery and end-of-contract return of hire vehicles, including negotiating end-of-contract charges.

- Payment Processing: Managing payments through Worldpay, arranging payment plans, or initiating formal debt recovery if needed.

- Damage Analysis: Reviewing vehicle damage cases to decide on cost waivers or chargebacks and reducing ageing debt through regular analysis.
