Transport Coordinator

Transport Coordinator - Educational Institution - PERM - based in Hillingdon.

Join our clients team as a Transport Coordinator, overseeing daily school transport operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.
 

• Salary is from £33,500- £39,500/40,000 at the very top end, depending on experience.
• Staff discount for the canteen (really nice cooked food options! There is also a kitchenette, and staff can bring their own lunch too.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bus routes, schedules, and fleet maintenance.
• Liaise with contractors and authorities to resolve issues.
• Handle budgets, contracts, and safeguarding requirements.
• Support school activities with risk assessments and transport planning.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Start Date: 31st March 2025 Hours: Mon-Fri, 07:30-17:30 (year-round)
