Our Client, a rapidly growing SME within the Mechanical Services industry are recruiting for an experienced Business Operations Manager. The head office is based in Uxbridge, West London and with contracts & projects across London and the surrounding Home Counties.
The overall responsibility of the role is to provide and maintain structure and provide support to the operational teams within the Business and maintain adherence to the Business Systems, Policies and Procedures and ensure it maintain all its Legal and Compliance obligation that allows for the Business to grow operational and financially.
Proven and extensive people management experience ideally within the Construction or Mechanical Engineering environments in both the Private and Public Sectors is a huge advantage

Key Skills & CompetenciesÂ
- Education to O’ level or A’ Level and hold Business Management accreditation
- Project Management qualifications
- Relevant Health and Safety qualifications such as a ISOH/NEBOSH
- Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft office applications
- Experience with the administration of ISO and or other Industry related Accreditations
- Experience with document control and document review processes
- Demonstrate ability to work on own initiative and adopt a pre-activemanagement style
- Have Commercial awareness and understanding of the need to adhere to processes and work schedules in order to maximise revenue
- Proven and extensive people management experience ideally within the Construction or Mechanical Engineering environments in both the Private and Public Sectors
