- Position: Marketing Administration Assistant
- Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday – Friday)
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday to Thursday in-officeÂ
- Contract Length: February 2025 – April 2025
- Affiliate Marketing – sourcing brand promotions and uploading them onto the company Rewards & Benefits website and Connect App
- Website Management:
- Updating tariffs on our corporate website
- Creating promo codes for prebooking and season ticket customers
- Social Media:
- Researching and adding events to our social media event calendar
- Resharing events on Facebook
- Designing creatives for social media ads using Canva
- Drafting social media campaigns promoting the company Prebook
- App Review Monitoring – reviewing App Store feedback and compiling weekly reports for the clients Connect App
