Role responsibilities:

  • Be able to devise, plan and implement strategic campaigns, events & advertising that drives customer engagement, footfall & spend
  • Produce and publish high-quality content for the clients inbound marketing channels (website, FB, Tik Tok, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Co-ordinate and facilitate promotional events and entertainment activities for the client with the ultimate goal of attracting new customers, promoting brand loyalty, creating theatre at the centre and driving retail sales
  • Help lead on initiatives involving community groups, local authorities, media partners and surrounding third parties
  • Work with retailers at site and head office level to ensure relevance and value in all marketing events and campaigns and assist in obtaining monthly sales figures and retailer trading comments

The ideal candidate:

  • A degree within Marketing or similar would be highly advantageous
  • Previous experience within the retail sector would be a major benefit
  • Experience in creating and publishing engaging content for a variety of inbound marketing channels to include website, social media and email.
  • Excellent organisation skills and a strong creative flair
  • Strong communication skills and confident in building relationships
