Dispatch Packing Team Leader Supervisor

Your leadership skills will be utilised in managing a team of 20 highly skilled packing technicians in the preparation of highly complex aerospace equipment for international shipping

You will be planning, allocating and monitoring the work load across the dispatch area ensuring high value equipment is packed correctly for air, sea and road transportation

Reporting to senior managers, you will undertake root cause analysis of throughput problems and formulate corrective actions

You’ll need a background of strong people management skills including appraisals, training plans and performance improvement initiatives

To reflect this, you need a recognised management or leadership qualification
