Join a team that values precision, quality, and continuous improvement.Your Role in High-Pressure Testing. As an Assembly Operative – High-Pressure Testing Specialist, you’ll take on a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and performance of critical aerospace components. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Pressure Testing Expertise: Learn or demonstrate proficiency in running high-pressure tests on hoses and components up to 10,000 PSI, ensuring they meet stringent quality and safety standards.
  • Destructive Testing: Conduct tests to destruction, gathering valuable data to improve product designs and performance.
  • Precision Setup: Use engineering drawings and detailed specifications to set up testing programmes accurately and efficiently.
  • Quality Inspections: Verify that all components meet exacting standards through meticulous inspections and adherence to technical guidelines.
  • Certification and Documentation: Issue detailed certificates and maintain thorough records for quality assurance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process enhancements and efficiency improvements.
