The ideal person would be expected to work within their busy scheduling environment. They need someone to come from a busy scheduling background and managing LOTS of jobs daily.

Electrical Coordinator duties:

  • Planning in and scheduling works accordingly
  • Validate each job to ensure all relevant information has been added
  • Provide updates and/or recommendations to clients
  • Update client's and internal database / portals
  • Liaise with team regarding any admin duties
  • Order parts from suppliers
  • Write up quotes
