Job Title: Associate HR Business Partner

Location: Uxbridge - Onsite

Pay Rate: £21.70 - £27.50 (Dependant on experience)

Contract Details: ASAP - March 2025 (Potential of being extended)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR team to provide comprehensive support in various HR functions
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programmes
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation programmes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including organising team-building activities and events
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality and integrity
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practises, ensuring continuous improvement in HR processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and contribute to a positive company culture
