Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Cell Therapy Operations Manager to join their team in Uxbridge on a full time, 12-month temporary basis (35 hours per week). This role is field based so you will need to travel across the country.

As a Cell Therapy Operations Manager, you will be a key player in the launch and delivery of transformative cell therapies for haematologic oncology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute specific strategies for CAR T therapies
  • Oversee site capacity and slot allocation to ensure seamless delivery at a national level.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to optimise site capabilities, resolve issues and ensure a positive experience for all involved
  • Facilitate site onboarding and forecast planning.
  • Monitor incidents, resolve logistical issues and develop initiatives to address capacity gaps

Requirements

  • Degree educated as well as experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device industry
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration capabilities
  • Tech-savvy with an ability to navigate and optimise digital platforms
