We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Caretaker to join our team based in a small educational setting in Uxbridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the property and ensuring health and safety standards are met. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and has a passion for keeping environments safe and well-maintained.

  • £13 - £15.00 per hour depending on experience.
  • Temporary to Permanent 
  • 2/3 days a week.
  • 7 hours per day and flexible with start times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks (e.g., minor repairs, cleaning, gardening)
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Report any issues or hazards to management
  • Assist with setting up and taking down equipment for events
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks
