The role -SEMH TEACHER (Alternative Provision)

The successful SEMH Teacher will be required to work as a Primary ARP School teacher within the Provision. The success SEMH Teacher will need to be confident, organised, creative and resilient with a real passion for teaching (especially in a somewhat challenging environment). They must be able to connect with children across the entire primary age range (Reception - Y6). Ideally, they will have a holistic approach towards seeing the whole child and will endeavour to embrace the challenge of understanding and accommodating that all behaviour is communication. They MUST have a minimum of 4 year's experience and have a QTS Certificate.
