Qualified Teacher - SEND School in Uxbridge

Tradewind is working with a specialist SEND school in Uxbridge that is seeking a Qualified Teacher to join their growing team.

The Role

This position is based at the school's Secondary Site, teaching Key Stage 3 pupils (ages 11-13). Applications are welcome from teachers with QTS status, whether their experience is in Primary or Secondary Teaching.

You will:

  • Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to meet pupils' individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with support staff to create a positive learning environment.
  • Support pupils with complex additional needs, including those who display challenging behaviour.
  • Provide feedback to SLT, parents, and carers.
What We Are Looking For
