Key Responsibilities:

- Generate reports and perform data reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action.
- Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll data is accurate and processed in a timely manner.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in payroll practices.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis, formula creation, and reporting.
- Previous experience in payroll administration
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Knowledge of payroll software and experience extracting and analysing payroll data.
