With an excellent reputation in the sector, out client is passionate about making a difference in the communities they serve.What You'll Do:As a Payroll Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in payroll operations. Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the Payroll Team to ensure all deadlines are met with precision.Acting as the main point of contact for complex payroll enquiries, providing excellent service to our staff.Processing end-to-end high-volume payroll accurately and efficiently.Maintaining a strong knowledge of statutory payments, including Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay, PAYE, and National Insurance.Offering first-line support for payroll queries, ensuring timely resolutions.Liaising with HMRC when necessary to ensure compliance.Managing starters and leavers information, including calculating back pay from change forms.Performing manual calculations with accuracy.Entering monthly timesheets and ensuring all information is accurately recorded for HR and finance teams.Collaborating with managers to verify starter and leaver details.Coordinating with pension providers regarding starters and leavers.What We're Looking For:To thrive in this role, you should have:1-2 years of experience in a busy payroll function.The ability to work on your own initiative while being an effective team player.Excellent organisational skills and the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.A good working knowledge of ITrent is desirable but not essential.Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to use pivot tables and V look-ups.If you're passionate about payroll and eager to join a team that values dedication and initiative, we want to hear from you.Apply Today.LHH is an employment consultancy that believes in talent, not labels.
