- Handle full payroll processing for clients, making sure everything is accurate and runs smoothly.
- Make sure all payments follow current laws and regulations.
- Keep payroll records up to date and in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- Accurately process benefits, deductions, bonuses, and other pay changes.
- Quickly look into and fix any payroll issues.
- Respond to client payroll queries professionally and on time.
- Create and share clear payroll reports when needed.
- Work closely with clients to ensure salaries are paid correctly and on schedule.
- Track salary payments and taxes to ensure deadlines are met.
- Always protect employee data and maintain confidentiality.
- Proven experience in payroll or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax rules, and compliance.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Well-organised with clear and confident communication skills.
- Trusted to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Skilled in payroll software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
