Title: Payroll Supervisor

Location: Hayes - Office Based Salary: £40,000JGA are working with a great organisation based in Hayes, looking of a new Payroll Manager to lead on their clients payrolls.Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full payroll processing for clients, making sure everything is accurate and runs smoothly.
  • Make sure all payments follow current laws and regulations.
  • Keep payroll records up to date and in line with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Accurately process benefits, deductions, bonuses, and other pay changes.
  • Quickly look into and fix any payroll issues.
  • Respond to client payroll queries professionally and on time.
  • Create and share clear payroll reports when needed.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure salaries are paid correctly and on schedule.
  • Track salary payments and taxes to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Always protect employee data and maintain confidentiality.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in payroll or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax rules, and compliance.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Well-organised with clear and confident communication skills.
  • Trusted to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Skilled in payroll software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
