Teach Plus are currently working with a fantastic mainstream primary school based in Uxbridge (Hillingdon). This is a one form entry school where they focus on ensuring staff feel supported within the classroom.

For this Class Teacher role you will be expected to work well as part of a team and be able to support staff. You will need to be able to inspire the growth and development in improving the school, be self-motivated, creative and empathetic, passionate and driven to ensuring pupils achieve.

Class Teachers have an important impact within the classroom, you will need to deliver exciting lessons to keep pupils stimulated in and out of the classroom. Be able to display relentless passion and enthusiasm for striving for the best, effective planning, teaching and assessments which enable children to make progress

As a Class Teacher you will be required to:

  • Plan fun and exciting lessons
  • Experience teaching across KS1 and KS2.
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Support pupils from all different backgrounds and learning needs
  • Communicate with parents and carers regarding pupils' development
  • Support pupils with different learning needs.

The ideal candidate for a Class Teacher will have:

  • QTS/PGCE
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (Child workforce only)
  • Right to work within the UK
  • Experienced teaching across KS1 or KS2
