Role Overview:

As a Junior Land Buyer, you will be part of an established team, supporting the acquisition of land opportunities for new housing developments. This role is perfect for someone with a strong interest in the property and construction sectors who is looking to gain invaluable experience and grow their career in land purchasing.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and evaluating land opportunities for development.
  • Work closely with senior land buyers and other departments to carry out due diligence and feasibility studies.
  • Support the negotiation process with landowners and agents.
  • Help prepare reports, market analysis, and land purchase proposals.
  • Contribute to strategic land acquisition initiatives across the region.
  • Maintain and manage key relationships with landowners, agents, and stakeholders.
  • Keep up to date with local market trends, planning policies, and development opportunities.


Ideal Candidate:

  • A degree in Real Estate, Planning, Geography, or a related field is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a land acquisition or property development environment is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • An interest in residential development and land buying processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
