• Assist in the design and delivery of in-house training programme.
• Responsible for delivering in person and online sessions to employees of all levels of the business.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations to further develop the L&D function and gain engagement from the wider business.

Requirements:

• Previous L&D experience in an in-house position.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global organisation would be preferred.
• Able to design and deliver management/leadership training programmes.
• Passionate about contributing ideas to the wider business.
