Positive Behaviour Mentor - Hillingdon

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs and disabilities? We have a fantastic secondary school in Hillingdon who are seeking a dedicated Positive Behaviour Mentor to join our transformative team!

We are looking for a compassionate, motivated Positive Behaviour Mentor who can support students in achieving their full potential. This role is more than a job - it's an opportunity to create meaningful change in young people's lives by providing targeted, individualised support that empowers students to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalised behaviour support strategies that help students communicate effectively and build positive interpersonal skills
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and specialist staff to create inclusive, stimulating learning environments
  • Support students' independence by providing tailored one-to-one interventions
  • Facilitate student inclusion across all aspects of school life, ensuring every student feels valued and supported
