Here’s what you need to know.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up purchase info records for finished goods in SAP based on price updates from Procurement, including bulk changes.
  • Keep all purchase info records fresh and accurate—check out tools to help streamline things and clean up data.
  • Update pricing on purchase orders when vendors confirm, and Procurement gives the green light.
  • Use the mass update tool in SAP and Excel to create and tweak purchase info records.
  • Team up with different groups during the New Product Development setup.
  • Keep the Source List updated and create new entries as needed.
  • Fix any pricing mix-ups between purchase orders and invoices with Accounts Payable and vendors.
  • Make sure the right vendors are listed on material creation and extension forms.
  • Chat daily with external partners.

About You:

  • You’ll someone who is super analytical and pays close attention to details.
  • Great communication skills, both speaking and writing, are a must.
  • You should be good at prioritizing and planning your work, plus be able to get things done with little supervision.
  • Must be able to roll with the punches in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus and Excel (minimum: intermediate level) is a must
  • Ideally you will come from an FMCG background

 Compensation

This role is a 6-month day rate contract – equivalent to £35-40k pro-rata/ £135-£150 p/day.
