Cedar Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a Public Sector framework provider with the sourcing of a Regional Procurement Manager on a 12 Month FTC basis. The role is hybrid working and you will therefore need to be able to get into West London 1 day per week.

The salary on offer is up to 55K per annum DOE plus a rang of benefits such as an LGPS and 34 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)

As a critical part of the regional delivery team, you will work closely with public sector organisations to provide high grade procurement services across the FM and Construction Category.

Duties will include but will not be limited to...

  • Lead on a range of procurement activities that support publicly funded building projects.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on procurement strategies, frameworks, and legislation.
  • Support suppliers in helping them to succeed with the procurement process.
  • Collaborating with the central team to ensure that frameworks meet client and market needs.

Essential Experience...

  • Demonstrable working experience within regulated procurement for public sector organisations.
  • Strong understanding of public procurement regulations and best practice.
  • Experience within the construction category with either NEC or JCT
