My client is seeking an Aviation Quality Trainer to join on them on a permanent basis.
As an Aviation Quality Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training for all positions within this Part 145 Production Workshop organisation (including back office support roles).
You'll be responsible for implementing group training strategies as an integral part of the Training Department.

Role: Aviation Quality Trainer
Pay: From 36,532 per annum
Location: West London (Hybrid after a period of familiarisation)
Hours: 38 hours per week. Monday to Friday (Will need to work night shift training 1-2 weeks per annum)
Travel: To Europe 1-2 times a year.

Job Profile
To develop and deliver Technical, EHS and Compliance training.
To develop, implement and review training plans to meet changing needs.
To work with the Training Manager to implement, review and develop a training plan for the business. Liaise with departments to ensure the effectiveness of the plans.
Work with managers and Quality department to define training requirements to fit the examination (stamp) requirements.
Work with Training Manager and Quality to ensure training aligns with competence requirements and in line with refresher schedules.
Arrange and schedule training with both internal and external trainers, set up and/or conduct Web Based Training.
Ensure effective management of the company's training budget, alongside the Training Manager.
Develop, evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology.
Coordinate off-site training activities for employees as and when necessary.
To work with the Training Manager to develop and deliver effective training system for the business.
To deputise for the Training Manager in their absence.

Skills/Experience Required
Either have an aviation training background (EASA Part145) or health and safety training background
Good technical knowledge of MRO processes preferred.
Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
Previous experience of delivering training/presentations face to face (classroom, one-to-one and online).
Experience developing training materials, including eLearning resources
A track record of successfully developing positive, productive and collaborative working relationships with a wide variety of partners
Experience in Aviation, Health& Safety, Engineering or other Very Relevant sector
Team player with ability to develop role and seek to continuously improve process
Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
Excellent communications skills and able to work at all levels
Good organisational skills with strong planning and operational execution
Self-motivated with flexible approach
Confident to be able to deliver training
Right to work within the UK without any restrictions
