Quantity Surveyor

Our client specialises in property, office investments, hospitality and construction. They have assets valued up to 3billion.

The need now exists for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team out of their office in Uxbridge, Hillingdon.

The position will report into the Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Our client requires this individual to do the Procurement, account management and early procurement of packages.

They're seeking applicants who have either worked on hotel, mixed use residential or grade 11 listed buildings.

In return, our client is offering anything between 70k - 80k (basic) + full package (car allowance, pension, healthcare, bonus).
