Junior Land Buyer - Uxbridge

Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 pa, DOE

My client, a well-established and award-winning property developer, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Land Buyer to join their growing team in Uxbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for land acquisition and residential development to take the next step in their career with a respected industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and securing suitable land opportunities for residential and mixed-use developments.
  • Work alongside landowners, agents, and external partners to negotiate land deals.
  • Carry out site appraisals and feasibility assessments to ensure the suitability of land opportunities.
  • Support the land team in progressing land acquisitions, including coordination with internal teams such as planning and legal.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Develop and maintain strong industry relationships with landowners, agents, and key stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A keen interest in land acquisition and residential development.
  • Previous experience or a relevant qualification in property, land buying, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess land opportunities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A team player with a strong desire to learn and grow within the property sector.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential, as site visits may be required.
