Our client a well established, award winning independent Estate Agency based in Uxbridge are looking for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator for their busy high street office. Dealing in Sales, Lettings and Property Management, they are the leading sales and lettings agent in Uxbridge and the surrounding area. Their experienced team has an ongoing commitment to delivering the finest range of estate agency and property services in an efficient and effective manner with the customers best interest at heart.This role is pivotal in facilitating property lettings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, so the ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must be very well spoken and presented, hard working and used to working to targets and deadlines.The company are open to a Lettings Negotiator or a Senior Lettings Negotiator depending on your previous experience. You must hold a full UK driving licence, and own your own car.Salary package and benefits of the Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator role include:

  • Basic £18,000 - £24,000

The duties and responsibilities of the Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator role includes:

  • Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
  • Conduct viewings of properties, providing detailed information and answering queries
  • Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to achieve satisfactory outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the office
  • Stay updated on market trends and local property regulations to provide informed advice
  • Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including online platforms and social media

Skills and experience needed for the role of Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator will include:

  • At least 1 years' previous lettings experience
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent organisational abilities, ensuring that all documentation is completed accurately and on time
  • Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Must hold full UK driving licence and own your own car
