Responsibilities:

As the Upgrade Sales & Technical Administrator, you will have a crucial role in managing the sales and support of upgrades and spare parts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the processing of quotes and maintaining consistent follow-up communication with customers.
  • Coordinating and managing new orders, ensuring timely execution and generating new sales.
  • Supporting the internal team with complex spare parts inquiries.
  • Overseeing the management of all relevant documentation and logs for upgrades.
  • Collaborating with service departments to schedule installation appointments and communicate delivery dates to customers.
  • Working towards and exceeding works order targets through effective coordination and execution.

Essential:

  • A commercial flair and awareness as this role involves sales with a technical element.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Excel, Word, and customer management systems.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to work, thriving under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards team building.

Desirable:

  • SAP or other data management systems.
