Strategic Media Account Manager
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 OTE
Location: Uxbridge (free on-site parking)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a skilled sales professional to join a leading provider of technology media and events services.

The role involves managing high-value client relationships, driving sales for both event sponsorships and digital marketing campaigns, and identifying new business opportunities. About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of established accounts, as well as developing new business from key prospects across the UK and Europe. This is a client-facing position that requires confidence, strategic thinking, and a consultative sales approach. Your role will involve selling event sponsorships and digital marketing solutions to global technology vendors, leveraging the company’s highly regarded events and media platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with existing and potential clients in your territory
  • Managing all aspects of the sales process, from client meetings to closing deals
  • Selling sponsorship packages and media campaigns to industry-leading vendors
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored marketing solutions
  • Engaging with industry professionals at company-hosted events and other networking opportunities
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts and reporting regularly on KPIs and targets
  • Maintaining detailed records of client interactions using CRM tools What We’re Looking For:
  • Demonstrable experience in media sales, with a track record of success in selling event sponsorships or marketing solutions
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills, with an ability to provide high-level advisory services
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Well-organised and capable of managing time effectively to meet multiple deadlines
  • Ability to think strategically and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and excellent organisational skills
