Maths Teacher Required
Location: Hillingdon
Type: Full-Time (Temporary with Permanent option)
Working Hours; 08:30 am - 16:30 pm.
Join a dedicated team at a School based in Hillingdon. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher who is committed to promoting student development and providing exceptional support for students. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mathematics, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to inspiring students to achieve their highest potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons to students at [specify grade levels, e.g., Key Stage 3, 4, and 5].

Develop and implement a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.

Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of the maths curriculum.

Stay current with developments in mathematics education and integrate innovative teaching practices.

Support and participate in extracurricular activities, such as maths clubs or competitions.

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and any concerns.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.

Uphold the school's policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and student welfare.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (required); Master’s degree (preferred).

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.

Proven experience teaching mathematics at [specify grade levels, e.g., secondary school level].

Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
