What You'll Do:

• Deliver inspiring lessons that spark curiosity and challenge students at KS3 and KS4
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student growth and self-confidence
• Use a range of innovative teaching strategies to engage all learners and ensure that every student can succeed
• Collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals to share best practices and support each other's development
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure continued success

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is a bonus)
• Strong passion for Mathematics and teaching with a creative approach
• Excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to driving student achievement
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
