Working Hours; 08:30 am - 16:30 pm.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher who is committed to promoting student development and providing exceptional support for students. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mathematics, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to inspiring students to achieve their highest potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons to students at [specify grade levels, e.g., Key Stage 3, 4, and 5].

  • Develop and implement a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

  • Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of the maths curriculum.

  • Stay current with developments in mathematics education and integrate innovative teaching practices.

  • Support and participate in extracurricular activities, such as maths clubs or competitions.

  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and any concerns.

  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.

  • Uphold the school's policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and student welfare.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (required); Master’s degree (preferred).

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.

  • Proven experience teaching mathematics at [specify grade levels, e.g., secondary school level].

  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to motivate and inspire students of varying abilities.
