Your Role:
- Support manufacturing operations with process improvements & troubleshooting.
- Work with MRP systems to update BOMs, routings & engineering drawings.
- Assist in lean manufacturing & problem-solving initiatives.
- Design and validate tooling, fixtures & test specifications.
- Collaborate across departments, from QA & Engineering to Purchasing & Operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience with a hands-on approach.
- Strong SolidWorks & MS Office skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- A self-starter with excellent communication & teamwork skills.
